The phone number database and ratings are created by the users themselves. They can add their reviews either through the website or through the Call Insider app.
Comments are posted by the users of the website anonymously, so it is not possible to ensure their 100% trustworthiness. We, of course, get requests to remove comments on phone numbers stating that they are a tool of competition and they have been fabricated. We, therefore, reserve the right to delete comments or even disable comments for a particular number.
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent. The processing of such a request usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Why Malaysia polis never take action to this phone number ?
This guy Brian just called me and says he's from UOB and that I have a transaction amounting to 2k. He called both my numbers from Digi.
same thing happened to me just now, a Chinese guy called telling me I have spent Rm 2k+ in U0B Platinum card. He also told me I have applied the card in may 2016. He was able to tell my I/c no & full name but wrong address when I asked for it. I called the card centre directly, it was confirmed i do not have any account with them.
It's weird right? It's not possible to use the bank's real contact number as the caller id, unless..... this scammer works in the same bank !!
Hi, I also got same called and same day from this Chinese guy and I had asked him provide me black and white documentation and he decline also his response said he will asked his Manager to call me back. Then I had no longer received the call anymore.
I had called to Bank Negera and also UOB bank as well checking the further details, which is scammer using another technique to get the money.
Got a call from this number 0326128100. A Chinese guy claimed fr uob bank said need verification that i used my card for a rm2k++ transaction in Genting. He was able to tell my full name n ic correctly. I told him I do not have uob card n hung up. Later I googled the number n found it to be the real uob card center number. I called the same number n was connected to uob bank. The officer confirmed I do not have a card with the bank. My question is, how is it possible that the scammer is able to use a real bank contact number to scam ppl?
