They had called me after I purchased a domain name on godaddy.
They are sales agents trying to pursuade you to give them the work related to developing your website or to partner with them in the same deal with other clients through you.
I think they make use of the godaddy feature since if you want to block your number you must pay and a lot of customers just ignore this feature.

This number is from India. They're calling everyday. Grrrrrhhhh!
After a short review of different websites with users having the same problem, I conclude the majority got these calls after registering a website. eg: from godaddy.com

Does anyone buy website from godaddy.com? i receive this call right after i purchase website. but no answer after i pickup the call.
i also receive this call everyday at the same time. no voice from this call.
