It's a scam call from an Indian call centre who got your phone number from the website you own. Block the number and get privacy settings on your website to prevent your phone number being displayed.

Yep. Bought a domain from 123-reg (DO NOT USE THIS PIECE OF SH*T COMPANY). This never, ever happened when I was with my previous provider. Had nothing but spam emails and calls ever since.
This no has been calling me few times a day everyday for the last few days. since i bought a domain at godaddy. months back i received a weird no from bulgaria. upon research, other people say the same thing. pickup but silence. suspect identity theft. so DONT PICKUP and DONT CALL BACK.

I purchased more than one domain, the domain these people offer web design services for is the one with dot com, not the other nationalities I purchased, these people are wired into the US domain registry service, not the people you buy the domains from. I have been inundated with unwanted calls from this and other numbers

Agree with the above, started receiving calls from this number after I registered a domain at GoDaddy.com. Perhaps we should email GoDaddy and ask then what is going on...?

This number is from India. They're calling everyday. Grrrrrhhhh!
More than one out of every three calls to Americans from numbers not in their contacts lists were spam in the fourth quarter of last year—and we can take some relative pride in that, because many other countries have a much bigger phone-spam problem.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) will launch a digital consent authorisation (DCA) platform in the next two-three months to accelerate the process of getting consumer consent on the distributed ledger technology platform (DLT) mandated by the regulator to stem pesky calls and messages.
