I received a phone call from this number. Picked up, as my partner is travelling internationally (hoping he wasn't having any issues). Recording was in language I didn't recognize. Also received a text message with a "telegram code" number. Is this spam? Wonder how much I'll be charged for picking up an international call on my cell# ?!
They called 3 times starting at 2:00 AM. Third time, I picked up. Prerecorded message counting in a strange language from a man's voice.. why?
