Police believe organised crime groups are linked to the website which enables users to access software tools to illicitly obtain victims' bank account funds and commit other fraud.
Officials say the scammers identify themselves as a member of local law enforcement, even using the names of real detectives, and demand payment in the form of gift cards to avoid being arrested on a warrant.
I applied for a payday loan online which I received and paid back on time. Ever since putting my details in to a payday loan site, this shower of shit has contacted phoned me 4-5 times a day. I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trading and e-mailed Express finance and told them to stop harassing me. The OFT are cracking down on scum bag company's such as this. Therefore I urge everyone to make a complaint against Express finance for harassment.
