I bought a couple of cartridges off them a while ago (poor quality ink!) and now they keep phoning me. Like the poster above not frequently but regularly enough to be annoying. What is worse though, is that they call briefly enough so that you dont have time to answer. Then when you call back out of curiosity, you are paying for the privilege of them trying to sell you something. Disgraceful and a tactic that will ensure that I never ever buy anything from them again.
