Police believe organised crime groups are linked to the website which enables users to access software tools to illicitly obtain victims' bank account funds and commit other fraud.
Officials say the scammers identify themselves as a member of local law enforcement, even using the names of real detectives, and demand payment in the form of gift cards to avoid being arrested on a warrant.
Called me yesterday and today,but did not leave a message.When I call back recording says number is not in service.
