Received a missed call from this number today. When I phoned back (I have a sick mother in her late 80's thought it might have been about her) they asked me for my pin when asked who they were the woman replied something about deaf and disabled. No idea what that was about told her not to phone again and hung up. Another f---ing scam but English speaking this time.
