I rang them thinking they were BT, as they had BT/Yahoo on website. They entered my computer and told me I had been hacked and needed an expensive security. I then realised they were not BT. I restored my computer to a previous setting as I didn't trust them. I then spoke to the real BT who gave me proper advice. I felt I had been conned though fortunately I had not paid out..
