Got a call from this number on a daily basis I finally answered today & was told that I had taken out a loan in 2004 & that I was entitled to a PPI refund they couldn't tell me who I had borrowed the money from, they didn't have a clue who I was. They wanted my name & contact details so that they could send the paperwork to my home address. When I told the male (Asian accent) caller I'd sort it myself he became aggressive & told me to "Go Away!" Hopefully that will now put an end to these calls.
