I got an unknown call from this number too. I'm in India.
I am in South Africa, got this call and did not answer it, because it show's up as unknown, they tried 3 x to call me during the same day. I downloaded true caller and it shows the number as +441478350001 from Isle Of Skye - Portree, United Kingdom. Phoned the number, but was not able to connect.
