Got yet another phone call from this number claiming to be from some Energy Audit crowd regarding loft insulation. She said she phoned me a few months ago and was returning the call to see if I had decided on some loft insulation. I did not ask her to call back as I have a converted loft and therefore it would not be a consideration of mine to do this. She very cheekily said "Well I wish you would have said that the first time". I did tell her this the first time!!! If the company has the same attitude as she has then I would never advise you to use them.
