A very loud and cheery sounding lady with a South East Asian accent claiming to be Sarah from London, also mentioned that I hung up last time which is probably true if the call was as loud and pointless as this one. If it's a scam it's an incomprehensible one, probably just ignorant confused and stupid. Certainly possessed of no redeeming features.
