The phone number database and ratings are created by the users themselves. They can add their reviews either through the website or through the Call Insider app.
Comments are posted by the users of the website anonymously, so it is not possible to ensure their 100% trustworthiness. We, of course, get requests to remove comments on phone numbers stating that they are a tool of competition and they have been fabricated. We, therefore, reserve the right to delete comments or even disable comments for a particular number.
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent. The processing of such a request usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Multiple calls per day. Finally answered it and spoke with a gentleman claiming to be from Microsoft wanting to talk to me about the computer I'm running Windows on.
I told him, "I only use Apple".
Well, he thought I called him an "a**hole" because he got very upset and called me a "m*ther f*cker" and hung up on me. LOL
This # has called my phone 17 times. Have not answered. Sometimes has 503 before it.
A SCAM.Saying they are from Microsoft Security. ... to get access to your computer. ... to remove a virus?
This is NOT true.... SCAM.
3 calls so far today. Tiresome!
This number calls EVERY DAY, twice between 7-8:30am since the beginning of October. ( 5 weeks now) At one point they called at 2 and 3 am! I answered the call twice in the beginning and the man with a thick accent said he was calling about our windows operating system. We told him to remove us from the list and we haven't answered the call since.
We are unable to block him because it is an incomplete phone number. Even Verizon can't seem to block it.
They call everyday! Today was before 7am. Always want to talk about my windows computer and have a thick Indian accent but "American" name.
Yes, this is a scam to get at your computer and plant some virus or something. Neither Microsoft nor any other computer company is going to call you and solicit permission to do something with your computer. They already have your money and certainly aren't going to risk getting touch after the sale (at which time you might just tell them what you think of their expensive brick).
The only reasonable response is, "What are you talking about?! I have no computer!"
They claim to be from Microsoft. Will not stop calling either.
They want to talk to the owner of the computer in my house
Must be a scam to access a computer to Bot it
