I told him I don't want to. Hey kept asking why and said they will delete my number after that call. They didn't and now they keep calling me. Stop that!

Scammers who try to sell you forex "investments". Will try to take your money.
I agree - the number seems to be a scam. When I pick up, nobody answers and immediately hangs up. Either is a robot or some phishing sth. Watch out! Better safe than sorry and block this caller altogether!
