Beware of this company BIG time. I got a call from them asking if I wanted to upgrade my phone. I said no I do not want an upgrade. They did it anyway. So now I have a phone that does not work as "some how" the new sim card got activated when that should of only happened once I got the new phone. I rang them up and they said it was not us that did it even though EE gave me their contact info. AVOID them like the plague.
