Called themselves National Workers something or other. Confirming that I've worked in 'industry' previously (I haven't.) When I asked which industry the caller said "I was going to ask you that. Was it in a noisy environment?" So obviously more ambulance-chasing lawyers. I called the number back and they're a company called Advice Direct, based in Blackburn, obviously with local offices but they don't accept incoming calls. Surprise surprise
