If you've picked up the phone in response to an unknown caller anytime in the last several years, chances are you've encountered this incessant and irritating automated message. But according to state and federal officials, just two men may be responsible for an overwhelming share of the billions of auto-warranty…
Had a call, saying they were from scottish power. The caller ended every sentence with 'man'.Said i had filled in a recent survey, i asked him to provide me with dates and times that the alleged survey was completed. I requested under the FOI act for them to forward it onto me beofre any more conversation takes place. Caller then tried to tell me that i must be forgetful and had a poor memory! Needless to say he also got my name wrong!i stopped him mid sentence and repeated the request for the info to be forwarded ... oddly, he rang off. Oh well, i expect another call in due course!
