This chap rang and asked to speak to c**** b***** ( not putting my name in full as I don't want any more calls, as I am a guest house I get hundreds of marketing calls) so I pretend to just be the receptionist! I replied sorry she does not take calls, to which he just shouted at me 'she does take calls, what is your name?' I replied with a fictitious name and told him he could forward any info through the company website. This man is very aggressive so just put the phone down but be prepared for him to ring again, does not give up!
