This isn't really a complaint, more of a cause for concern, an elderly person keeps calling my mobile, this has happened about 10 times over the last few months. They keep asking for Dorothy, said they have had a stroke, they are waiting for the doctor and are on morphine, they got very upset on the phone, crying and getting extremely working up, so much I couldn't hear what they were saying. I hope you can help?
