Should have googled this number first when I didn't recognise the missed calls as when i did answer last time they rang, they instantly hung up. I immediately checked my phone account afterwards and had £3 in call charges on my free minutes account. I have rang/recieved no other calls to numbers that charge, so i suspect you instantly get charged when you answer to it.
