I received phone call from this number. A Chinese guy informed me in chinese language that there is transaction at KLIA at amount 3K++ with my UOB card. I told him that i had terminated all my UOB card last month, and do not own any UOB card. Then he replied me that the card was applied in Nov 17 through JB. and he was able to speak out my IC number. But i think nowaday IC number and phone number are not confidential. I asked him to call me back later, and let me check bank online system first. After that i called UOB bank directly and make clarification with them. The customer service personnel confirmed that i do not have any card with UOB bank. She asked me on the phone number, and then informed that it is number for lost card reporting center but they will not call customer, and only passively receive call from customer to report card lost.
