Request to remove a comment concerning a number: 700046144

I ve sent a text STOP ALL to the number, which cost 30p, and blocked the caller, but STILL am being charged £4.50 each week for premium text received... even though I don't receive a text!! Virgin media thinks its a game subscription, to which I haven't subscribed... So how do I stop it, apart from changing my number????
